Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing your tickets through Ticketsseat. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Policy
All ticket purchases made on Ticketsseat are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the event description or as required by applicable law.

We act as an intermediary between event organizers and customers. The availability of refunds is determined by the individual event organizer’s policy.

2. Eligible Refund Situations
A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

Event Cancellation: If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Duplicate Purchase: If you were charged more than once for the same ticket due to a technical error.

Significant Change in Event Details: If the event is rescheduled or significantly changed, and the organizer agrees to allow refunds.

Refunds in these situations must be requested within 7 days of the announced change.

3. Ineligible Refund Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts

Late arrivals or no-shows at the event

Tickets purchased for the wrong event/date/time

Problems unrelated to the event itself (e.g. transport, weather)

4. How to Request a Refund

Full name

Order number

Event name and date

Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require confirmation from the event organizer.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to block your account and deny future purchases.
